This Room Aint Big Enough For The Two Of Us

This is your room and you are in it. Face and shoot a variety of visitors. Then you can finally be alone in your room!

We made this with Godot! There were some growing pains Friday and Saturday, but by the end of it we felt pretty good with the engine! Godot has a lot of weird hiccups/pitfalls but it runs crazy fast and has a lot of unique merit. Maybe we’ll make a blog post about it or something. -hydezeke

If the game is running poorly, try turning on hardware acceleration (chrome, firefox). Game runs weirdly in Opera GX.

If the aim reticle is drifting, try playing the game in fullscreen (button in bottom right).

  • LMB - Shoot
  • RMB - Dash
  • Left Shift - Crouch
  • Tab - View controls in-game

Dash reloads your gun faster. It's not necessary to beat the game, but should help!
Crouching can help you do shorter jumps.
The eye enemy needs to look you in the eye. Look away or evade the cone.
The final boss is just difficult. Try your best!

i am in level 21

spamming 2 while dying makes this funny little silly glitch happens where you spin forever

lol how tf do you get past level 3??

your web version maybe need some work :)

those little white pointy thingamajigs are so frustrating to deal with, although i find this very entertaining !!

Game is a bit easy for me but it's good and that's to be expected from a game jam game. Thanks for making it. (: <3

woah you're so cool

sheep like enemas are way to fast in this tiny room
coupled with the fact that my personal accuracy and the in-game hitboxes is not so-so, Level 7 feels just way too impossible, no one having the same problem here ?

this is so fun! love the slow bullets and the dash is sweeeeet!

I was having some issues with the mouse input tho, the view would randomly shift for some reason.

i like it but why is the mouselook upside down

The final boss is easy if you just run around the edge of the room in a circle

Admittedly, I cleared him the proper way and just used the dev tools to skip right to the end just to tap that accursed button.

I was expecting the room to disappear lmfao.

Quite a cool game!! But holy crap those little unhinged f*ckers are annoying! Level 22 now and I'm almost rage-quitting.

Edit few seconds after posting: Ok got it, didn't use RMB or SHIFT at all so far, the RMB kinda worked wonders ;-)

Ok, not gonna finish Level 25, I'm fed up now :) But really cool game!

This is truly the Dark Souls of low-poly-games-where-all-combat,-exploration-and-story-telling-takes-place-within-a-single-room.

I HATE THE BASEBALLS SO MUCH I CANNOT PASS LEVEL 17 WITHOUT THE DEV CONTROLS GRRRRR

EDIT: Also, the only other time I used the level skip is the one with the two Unhinged Little Guys/Gundogs.
